1. General

MU AI (mu-ai.online) is a private server for the game MU Online, run by an independent team. The game itself is free — registration, download and play cost nothing. Alongside it, credits are sold for money, as described in section 3. Using the site and the server means you accept these terms and the server rules.

2. Account

Registration is free and requires a valid email address. Keeping your password safe is your responsibility — an account compromised through a password you gave to someone else will not be restored. Selling or transferring accounts for real money is prohibited.

3. Purchases and credits

Credits are a virtual currency for use on this server only; they have no monetary value outside it and cannot be converted back into money. A refund is given where a technical fault prevented delivery — write to support@mu-ai.online with your payment confirmation.

A purchase by anyone under 18 is permitted only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Credits are added to the account as soon as the payment is approved. Under the law applying to digital content whose delivery was completed with the consumer’s consent, a transaction cannot be cancelled once the credits have been received — except in the case of a fault as described above. A tax invoice is issued for every purchase.

4. Service interruption

We aim for full availability but do not guarantee it. The server may suspend accounts that broke the rules, and in severe cases permanently, with no refund for purchases.

5. Intellectual property

MU Online is the property of Webzen Inc. This server is a community project and is not affiliated with them. The Hebrew content, the translations and the systems unique to this server were developed by the MU AI team.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; a material change will be announced on the site and on Discord. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
