Frequently asked questions
I cannot install the game
Most problems are solved in the install guide — including antivirus blocks and garbled text.
The confirmation email never arrived
Check your spam folder. If it is not there, register again; the previous link is cancelled automatically. Still nothing? Write to us on Discord.
My character is stuck / an item disappeared
Post the character name and what happened in the Discord support channel. Do not keep playing that character until we look — it helps us restore it.
How do I report a player?
A screenshot plus the player name, in the Discord reports channel or by email. Cheating means a permanent ban under the server rules.
I bought credits and did not get them
Email us the payment confirmation and your username. Credit issues come before everything else — usually handled within hours.
